Summer is rapidly approaching and I want to be able to rock that bikini I have buried in my closet. Problem is, I don’t have the body, yet. I’m currently not a member of a gym because I don’t have the time and I know that’s what I really need. But any advice to what I can do to shed some pounds and gain some muscle in the stomach area?

Besides you freak annorexic/balemics. Ew. You disgust me. I enjoy eating food, and am currently working out 3-4 times a week, burning a bit over 500 calories. I just wanted to know some tips to up the process of losing weight/inches. ;)

Make sure you always have a good breakfast. Some people skip breakfast to lose weight but it isn’t healthy. Other than that, continue what you’re doing and you will probably lose weight.
